This is more or less a repress. When we pressed the first 700 (500 for BN, 200 for CB+HA) of this record, the plant messed up and put the Black Numbers labels on 100 Green/White and the Coffeebreath and Heartache labels on 100 Pink/Black. We had them press an additional 200 records with the proper labels, because we had already taken pre-orders and didn't want to send people colors they hadn't ordered. But we also kept the mispressed records since we figured we'd need them down the road. The 100 green/white became the Fest pressing of the record (metallica ripoff cover) and the 100 pink/black, we've kept around knowing we'd be coming to Europe. So now we're finally gonna do covers for them and make them available. Hope that clears all that up. Really stoked a lot of you guys are gonna come see us in Berlin and at Groezrock. I'm sure I'll be working the merch table, so please say hi!

SORRY! The bad news is, this record is almost totally out of print. We've got less than 20 in the box we bring to shows, Black Numbers has like 15 in stock, and then whatever's floating around in stores is all there is. so maybe a repress??? we'll see. we're also about 7-8 songs into writing the follow up.

We're figuring out the logistics of this.Trying to make it happen. The problem is we can't afford the time off work to do a full US tour. And there's no way we can make the money to cover flying out to California for a couple shows.

pink/black vinyl, hand stamped labels. hand screened covers with alternate artwork gold/black ink. limited to 100 we'll have these at Monster Bash, Groezrock, and any other eurodates we end up doing in April. if there's any left, they should be available online somewhere.

can't wait to get these back from the plant. the test presses sounded incredible.

No Motiv’s (Oxnard, CA) first release in nearly eight years, Winterlong, is now available from Jersey City label Black Numbers (PJ Bond, Go Rydell, Grey Area, Luther) in the limited vinyl format. Following a storied career at the height of the emo in-a-good-way scene which included four releases on Vagrant Records and numerous worldwide tours with the likes of The Get Up Kids, Hod Rod Circuit, The Anniversary, among others, No Motiv returns with this six song offering. Following their indefinite hiatus, the band wrote the Winterlong EP and released it digitally and via CD in fall 2011. More cohesive yet atmospheric than their earlier releases, Winterlong is a clear progression for the band’s sound without straying too far from their foundation. The band most recently played a handful of west coast shows with Hot Rod Circuit and hope to continue playing select headline shows and festival dates.
