Placed my order in mid September and paid up. Once I paid, I stopped hearing from him at all. I've tried to e-mail him a few times just to see how things are looking as far as time goes and to just keep an open line of communication, but he won't reply to anything. I'm not even in a huge hurry for my order, but I would like Tom to at least reply to my e-mails or call. That's not too much to ask for.
