i refund whatever international shipping costs i get that are over the actual amount i pay, but i have to round up to cover most of the expensive rates, and that still doesn't even come close to say, actual russian shipping prices i've had to pay, for example.  easier to refund than to ask for more later...

we can safely say that this release is the coolest looking thing we have ever put out.  chet and rachel knocked the art out of the park again (they did early frost as well), joel and lindsay picked awesome vinyl colors, and pirates press threw an absolutely insane spot varnish on all band-specific text (song titles, credits, etc) as well as the red Crocosmia Lucifer flowers on all 4 panels of the gatefold.
