I mean that the record he sold in Nov on eBay and never shipped is the one I bought last month. The other records I bought from him in July right after that were never shipped.

The record I bought which he did send me was one he sold on eBay in Nov and got kicked off for never shipping out. He crossed that off the list when I bought it. The others I paid for are still listed though and I paid for them literally over a month ago.

I bought a record in early July and got it. Bought a few more right after and haven't gotten them. He said Aug 5th they shipped Aug 3rd. Still not here and he doesn't respond now. Filed a Paypal dispute almost a week ago to see if he'd respond to that and he hasn't. Going to go through on the claim soon. He is also Stickininmyeye who has had problems not shipping. I think he's also AndyCaffiend or something who also had problems shipping. I advise all to file claims but still hope for the best.
