  1. I've finally got around to watching the documentary "The Super Noble Brothers"( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8AolEn8qMo ) about Tom and Andy Noble, crate diggers extraordinaire. There was a small part in the movie about Tom Noble's band called The Legendary Thousandaires(28:06 in the doc), and I can't find any information on the band whatsoever. Does anyone here happen to have any information on this band, or any idea where I could find any recordings by this group? They licensed a song to Sex in The City called "Air India", so I'm assuming that there are some recordings floating around somewhere. As a side note, for any midwest ska fans, there's a small clip from Judge Joe Brown(or one of those TV Judge shows) Where The Pacers went to court over royalties, as well as a small live clip from the band. Decent documentary for anyone interested in crate digging for soul/funk records. Thanks for the help!
