UPDATE: We have confirmed the release date for July 9th, 2013. Test presses were approved last week and they sound fantastic! We've also included the color breakdown for the pressing below. Gruff Beard Records is stoked to announce that we will be releasing Ma Jolie's debut LP, "Compared to Giants", on vinyl for the very first time . We were drawn to this album after catching a bit of their amazing set at The Fest 11, and it easily became one of our favorite releases of 2012. When the band got in touch with us about the possibility of working together, getting this fantastic release out on vinyl was the first thing we thought of. Previously available only as a CD or digital download--this inaugural vinyl release will include beautiful new artwork courtesy of Bruno Guerreiro, as well as a brand new vinyl-exclusive bonus track! The first pressing will consist of 300 copies broken down as follows: 100 black, 100 grey, and 100 forest green. GET STOKED!
