sgoodcore
Place where I work has a HP Color LaserJet 2605dn and its been great. Networkable too. Just make sure whatever you get, you check the replacement ink cartridges for cost, those things can be expensive.
ericheartsu
yeah for real. toner for laser printers are really reallyr eally expensive. our laser printer costs $110 per toner container, and there is 4 of them.

xjustinxschwierx
mine only has one toner cartridge...black and you get about 3000 prints from it, i'm still using the cartridge it came with that they told me would do about 1000 sheets damn near a year later...so factor that in too ...i was told the cartridges do run $70-80...but when you look at that vs. an inkjet...it's still cheaper. wadeboggs
I work for a printing co. I really don't like/reccomend Brother because their machines have drum units. Usually every 4th or 5th time you change toner you will need to buy a new drum unit. The new drum units are usually well over $100. The HP 2600N mentioned earlier is a great place to start with a color laser. The cartridges come with a drum assembly so there is no extra/hidden cost. For just black and white printing I would go with the HP 1020 (under $100 and works like a slave.)
qskapunk
i'd rather have a seperate drum, the brother toner cartridges are cheaper than HP and chances are i'll need a new drum in like 5+ years when it comes time to need a new drum i'll just buy a whole new printer as it'll be cheaper
