kleraudio
I saw that the Madlib Shades of Blue was on sales for 13 bucks at Amazon. But right below it is a (2 vinyl) set that is 25 bucks?? What's the deal with these two versions? Are songs missing on the the 13 dollar record? Thanks!
kleraudio
Well the description says 2 discs.... So I think I'll take a chance.
SaviorSelf
Should both be 2 disc albums. I just ordered the cheaper version from best buy. difference I think is the mroe expensive one is a more recent press, whereas the cheaper has prolly been sitting around for awhile. hezagenius
The May 27, 2014 release is part of Blue Note's 75th anniversary vinyl reissue program. From what I've read, all the releases in that program that have been in print are just represses. They haven't been mastered again specifically for the reissue program. So my guess is that the 2013 and 2014 versions have identical wax inside.
