Existing for the blink of an eye in the Chicago summer of 2013, only a small group of lucky losers got to witness the birth of THING. After an abrupt exodus to Tennessee and a year of gestation, songwriter and frontman Rich Crook (Lover!, Lost Sounds, Reatards and Knaughty Knights) returned with a fully developed band of cretins including members of Cheap Time and an album's worth of punk n' roll rippers that will instantly hook fans of his previous work and the unfamiliar alike. Power pop hooks, Ramones riffs, and the signature THING wall of Kustom reverb make this an album with which it is impossible to argue. Limited to 500.
