kgry
Not to rehash an old topic but this might help someone. I thought I fixed this problem but I was still having issues with internet connectivity. What finally solved it was switching the channel on the router to 11. It was automatically picking it before. That should have been step one in trying to fix it but I didn't think something that simple would work. What's interesting is I downloaded a WIFI network analysis app. There are a lot of devices on channel 11 around me but I'm not seeing any interference. I think my router was on channel 6 before when it wasn't working. There are barely any devices on channel 6 so I have no clue why I was having an issue. Guest
Channel wise, it's usually better to be at the beginning or end of the channel numbers. It might not have been interference causing the issue with 6, it could just be the router not being able operate on that channel properly.
