wmorris Posted July 29, 2008 Share Posted July 29, 2008 Well I have come to terms that I should let go of my Cy Coleman test pressings that I acquired back in the early 90's from the old Playboy Mansion here in Chicago. The problem is I don't know who to talk to about either the value or historic nature of these platters. I tried the Playboy Enterprise site but no-luck their site just points to Ebay and focuses more on magazines and Playboy club items. What I have are various rough takes of the "Playboy theme" from three different studios here in Chicago. I recently watched the dvd Playboy after Dark volume 1 which has the premiere episode and has Cy on there talking with Hef about writing the shows theme and how that will be a future release. the airdate is 1959 I believe.
