hickey
from VC for a bunch of stuff that you've already received? I got four or five different notifications last night for a host of things that I've already received.
minty
I didn't last night, but have done in the past. I thought I was getting second copies!
melikecheese
maybe you will! I actually have received copies of LPs twice from the same label. I felt bad about it but I didn't send them back.
hickey
Well, my Ergs/Teenage Bottlerocket split order was messed up (I only got the red one and someone else's invoice, but I ordered the 3-pack) so I'm wondering if that is part of it, though none of the notifications are for that specific order. I can't think of anything else.

hickey
I guess it could be. It'd be nice to get an email back letting me know what's going on instead of a bunch of notifications that just confuse the situation more...but whatever. Guest Admin
hey guys, when you ask andy to combine orders, he must ship all the combined orders on a single order. When we catch things up, we then manually update the shipping status on the other orders that we combined with the order andy selected to print shipping for. Sometimes this happens right away, sometimes it happens later. When you see these updates, if there is no tracking number associated with the update, that means this is the case. If there is a tracking number, it could mean that we are shipping something to you that we had either messed up or had forgotten and sometimes andy will select a previously shipped order to make his shipping label. Confused? Email andy.
dntheman1
I believe I got a bunch of notifications for things I'd already received when I had a few orders automatically combined. They went through and I got refunded some shipping costs, but I don't remember the order all that happened.

It was just really confusing...so I wondered if there was a glitch or something.

He will sometimes combine orders even if he isn't asked if the orders printed for the day are going to the same person.
hickey
No doubt he's got a lot going on. As I said, I was just making sure there wasn't a glitch in the system or something sending notifications to people.
