deadbeat52
Reason I'm asking is because most of these are pressed in small numbers and they press a bunch of different bands from different labels in this 'series'..
wannabepunktony
I've been wondering the same thing. Nearly all of the Cleopatra Records releases are very low numbered releases and they put stuff out from old punk bands to Elvis and Johnny Cash. ellis
I was under the impression they were boots, but if there's label info, and even barcodes on the packaging, I'd be inclined to say they were 'semi-legit'.

mxv
They are legit in the way that the label simply starting making limited vinyl editions of music they had previously released on various cds over the years. Some of that stuff they put out is pretty cool, but they are definitely raping the collector market with the minimalist packaging and really high prices. wannabepunktony
If anyone collects these, I forgot I have some numbered in the single digits for Buzzcocks - Orgasm Addict Live White Label (4/100) and Agent Orange - Surfing... (3/300, 6/300) that I'd part with.
deadbeat52
they are not overpriced..they were 4.00 each..
mxv
they are not overpriced..they were 4.00 each.. That's a lot lower than they retail for actually. The 7"s have been around 8 - 10 bucks each adn the LPs have been closer to 20. Wholesale on them is a lot more than retail price on most records with real packaging. deadbeat52
I haven't seen any of the LP's but there is a buttload of the 7's around.. I didn't realize they were all from the same pace until I got the TSOL one..
