stefan
Hot on the heels of the recently released singles and rarities compilation Advance Base Battery life" comes Vs. Children, the fifth album proper by Casiotone For The Painfully Alone. Vs. Children continues the trajectory of 2006's "Etiquette", which showed singer/songwriter Owen Ashworth straying from the strictly electronic instrumentation of his earlier recordings. $14 from http://scdistribution.com/ is not too bad for a German (Tomlab) release. AlexH.
I would say probably Twinkle Echo, then Etiquette, then the first 2 albums. People will probably disagree with me on that, but I think Twinkle Echo is a pretty good bridge between the first 2 and Etiquette stylistically. Also, the new singles compilation that just came out has a lot of good songs on it, and a bunch of covers, all of which are perfect IMO.
