astonbosstuneage
NIGHT OWLS is the long awaited new album from VARSITY DRAG. Featuring original LEMONHEADS founder member and co-songwriter Ben Deily, “NIGHT OWLS” sees Ben reunited in the studio with producer/engineer Tom Hamilton, who produced the now legendary first three LEMONHEADS albums. NIGHT OWLS features Ben’s most personal and complete song writing to date, and sounds like the logical progression forward from VARSITY DRAG’s debut “FOR CRYING OUT LOUD”. A 10 date tour of the UK is being undertaken in October as a precursor to the album release. **VARSITY DRAG ON TOUR IN THE UK OCTOBER 3RD - 11TH! ** TOUR DATES : October 3rd - CAMBRIDGE Portland Arms with We Rock Like Girls Don't, Beverley Kills, Naomi Hates Humans, Tiny Tigers, October 4th. astonbosstuneage
No vinyl version planned sadly at present - if anyone is interested in potentially doing it on vinyl, get in touch with me... we still outsell CDs to vinyl 6 to 1 or so on our releases - i'd love to do the albums on both formats for everything but we simply don't have the funds to do it..so i have to pick and choose what does and doesn't happen on vinyl.. :'(

astonbosstuneage
i know that they don't get tour the US widely but if you are ever on the east coast when they are playing go and see them - the set is usually half Varsity drag songs and half ben's Lemonheads songs...
