I am positive it wasn't available from B9 because they had 4 packs for sale, I got one and it wasn't in it. Is it a friends press maybe? It says it is out of 100 so I'm just trying to see how hard it might be to get one if it wasn't available to the "public". I check ebay every once in awhile and have never seen one.
