It's mastered differently, a bit more bass heavy and dynamic range, not compressed nearly as much. But as far as the songs, they are the same, more tracks on the cd. But with the free 7" it ends up with 11 out of the 12 tracks. It's a long album, the LP is about 40 minutes, cd is around 55. Of course obvious difference of a full color double sided insert.
