arvidalex Posted March 19, 2011 Share Posted March 19, 2011 Hi there!! I was wondering if someone here did buisness with them? They have such low prices, and good choice.... The problem is that i ordered a double lp... I live in Canada and it arrivedin one week, i was pleased! While opening the box i saw a pieice of cardboard so the shipping is really great! -But the sleeve/jacket had SO MUCH ringwear i can barely read or see the image. -Lp not sealed -The sleeve have a cut corner plus missing pieces of cardboard on the side you slip the disc in. It what not advertised that i bought a USED lp... Contacted customer service, no answer... What should i do? Did someone had such a bad experience with them?? Snaggle Von Swift Posted March 19, 2011 Share Posted March 19, 2011 the cut corner means it's a cut-out.. the record was returned to the label (either just has real low sales or has been taken out of the labels catalog) who then sent them back out as overstock to be sold at a discounted rate.. so it's not too weird that you'd get this from an overstock site.
