Finally the OMEGAS - Blasts Of Luncay LP is ready for order. Pre-orders will be packed during the weekend and shipped on Monday. Contact me for wholesale/trade please. No wholesale/trade to the USA though. Please contact Parts Unknown Records as they handle duties over there.

Montreal-based, lords of slam-skank OMEGAS have to be one of the best bands in hardcore at the moment. Their brand of anthemic hardcore gives devotion to their NYHC and Boston HC influences with a uniquely snarky street punk attitude, all of which is filtered through a little crazy, making the title of their debut LP all too appropriate. BLASTS OF LUNACY is twelve tracks of hardcore wizardry. This particular release sees the band emphasizing their NYHC influences even more than on previous material. With this 23-minute LP, the band has proven that it is able to maintain momentum through an entire full length and that their particular brand of over-the-top hardcore. 4-color cardboard. 100 on green vinyl. 100 on clear. 300 on black.

The VOGUE - Pompshit 12" has been repressed in an amount of 500 copies. 250 on clear and 250 on green vinyl and were hand-stamped "2. Pressung". They will tour England and Spain in early July. Stay tuned for final dates!

Plenty of folks who grew up with hardcore have since moved onto its noisier or artier or less-traditional cousins. VOGUE's "Pompshit" is sourced in the early 1980's loose-booty Hardcore-Punk with some hints into the tightly wound treble-spray of early '90s noise-rock. It's an ugly sound - sometimes frenzied and sometimes totally entropic. Unlike so much music in 2010, VOGUE doesn't want to inflate your sense of euphoria. The songs on the record are what you can expect from VOGUE - harsh, raw, unexpected tempo juggling. They want to stub out enthusiasm like a cigarette on a forehead. This album is diverse, but VOGUE ain't no dilettantes. If you like their former stuff you'll love these tracks! 2nd hand-stamped pressing of 500 on each half green and clear vinyl.
