imaxcowboyx
Okay, so i'm usually late to the boat on this type of music (because I generally don't like it), but I just heard about the Jezabels a week or so ago, and I'm loving all three of their EPs. I feel like this is what Florence + the Machine want to be. Regardless, I checked if anything was on vinyl, and all three were....for $25 bucks a pop (for ~5 songs apiece). Can anybody say why, aside from it's an import from Australia? This is partially me saying "That's ridiculous," but I'm mostly curious if anybody has seen them, has them, or can tell me why the cost is so damn high for a single 12". We're talkin' Mastodon prices at that point, haha. Also, just throwing it out there, but I love the art direction for all three EPs as well:

dangerben
Probably because vinyl production costs over here are ridiculous. Not to mention shipping costs and import / export taxes. Living on an island sucks hard.
