This revamped Deathwish version is a brand new pressing and features killer new artwork and design by Ryan Patterson (Coliseum). Savannah, Georgia's Kylesa offer a monster of a song in "Pain And Suffering", a sample heavy punk/doom jam that calls to the band member's deep roots within the punk/crust community. Since the recording, Kylesa have gone on to release the "Spiral Shadow" album, which showed the band moving in a more progressive influenced direction.
