patrick
Hey Stefan, That Boxcar presents is going to be pretty hard to find. I distinctly remember a stack of these sitting on the counter of DIY records, being given away for free. Pretty sure most of the 1000 that were pressed were picked up by random kids who trashed them, left them in their car, etc. That said, I am not giving mine up. thisisahiijack
the fig dish split is also on blue and black. also didn't realize that the getting smarter ep had a first press, i'll have to keep an eye out for that.

ocnypunk
V/A- "Boxcar Presents" 7" Boxcar (Discount, Stizzle, Flatspots, Wolfdaddys) This was available at No idea for $2 for the longest time. That's how i got it. I've got everything from that list except Crash Diagnostic. I stopped collecting records in 2001 for a few years so i never picked that up. Also i think i have Half Fiction on red. maybe its pink and i think its red. i dunno.

That's a VLV user who needs money for a Mac. That price breaks down to $72/LP and $40/7" on average. He probably just wants to see what kind of 3-digit offers he will get and I doubt he'll actually accept any of the realistic offers. Everyone should know that Cigaretteman Split - Black (Suburban Home) is currently available at VC for $1, save $39!

ocnypunk
The front of that 7" says "boxcar records presents..." and underneath that it says Discount then the other band names. on the bottom it says "together for one night under bizarre circumstances, resulting in this here free split 7". I think it looked like http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=116509517&albumID=0&imageID=342565 that.
