I just got mine today. The box was also broken. The bottom half of the latch popped off but it was a very easy fix using some pliers and a small screwdriver. I also did not receive a lithograph. I knew something was missing when I opened everything up! I received the box, the vinyl, the painted vinyl jacket (autographed), the album, and the t-shirt. Am I missing anything else?! I'm so pleased with my painted vinyl jacket. Someone's hair is actually painted into it lol. Maybe it's Anthony's?! (I know it's not Colin's haha) It's numbered 37/111. Check out my pics...
