Pretty sure Heckle wasn't from the East Bay. True story...I saw AFI and Heckle play together in '95 or '96.

Official word hasn't come down yet on who is doing the CD version for the states but I expect to hear soonish and I'll let you know who the responsible party is. For all you Euro-types out there Damaged Goods has got you covered on both bases. Their version should be coming out in March or April I believe. So if you don't mind waiting and you want to save on some shipping, your local yokels will have you covered. In the meantime anyone who's interested can pre-order special limited colored vinyl from us to your little hearts delight right now. Orders will ship on February 26th! Check out the links below...

It rules. I just got it yesterday. I'm having trouble figuring out whose side is the better of the two...it'll take a bunch more listens.

Seriously. Usually there's a clear winner and some clunker ass songs on splits. This one came out solid gold!

Yeah what he said. This is probably my favorite split that I've done. 6 songs and they're all great. I mean that probably doesn't mean too much from the guy who put it out...but seriously. This record is awesome.

It's my number one for the year. Followed by the Brokedowns record. I think they're truly the most underappreciated band this year.

I had to stop myself from ordering from that site. They've got a lot of cool stuff. Everything seems to be limited to 500 copies though. I wonder if that's true.

Yeah I had to order it direct from the label...and I actually worked at a Record store at the time. Never saw it show up at distributors over here.

Are you saying they sound alike or that you literally can't tell who's on what side? The inner label is a little subtle but it's on there.

Does Burning Heart still have this? I got it from them shortly after the recod came out. Still fucking stoked on this record. Everything else they've done never really clicked with me..but they struck gold with this one.
