I have been waiting 4 months for two records, 3.5 months for a cassette, and 1 month for another cassette/vinyl order. When should I be concerned?

My Foxes in Fiction order is probably lost in the shuffle so I'm going to e-mail about it... Caved in 3 months later and finally listening to the whole album on BandCamp, it's a great album! Hope to get it shipped before their next tour 

Still waiting on mine as well. I emailed a few weeks ago and never heard back. He did answer a few of my questions here, but nothing specific about my order.

I got assed out on the Kishi 7". The only Kishi test pressing I am mssing (at least until tomorrow). I kept adding it to my cart and when I went to checkout it said my cart was empty. Went back and it was still available so I tried again, and again, and again until they were sold out.

If anyone wants to sell it for a profit, please let me know. edit: friendly VC member hooked me up.

are you sure?  i was able to check out with empyrean last night (as it was still in my cart from the failed drop earlier in the day)

 

I checked out and 5 minutes later received a refund and an apology email from kiely stating that it would be unfair to let my order go through since they postponed until today

She confirmed on Facebook my order is good to go.

Any word as to whether or not they plan on repressing/releasing more box sets once all the current orders are fulfilled? I've had a lot of people ask after seeing my set. Figured I'd inquire here before annoying their customer service...

I don't know why I assumed it was white. I haven't opened it yet, I was waiting to get the chocolate version

Not sure if you know or care, but the bootleg and chocolate are actually the same pressing. But you could always sell the bootleg and have enough to cover the chocolate with a few dollars left over.

Just got a new USPS carrier and boy has it been a bit of a change compared to my last one. Used to be a nice lady who would occasionally just hand me the packages or leave them at the door. Now it's a young guy who blasts his music while delivering the mail. Tends to also now try and shove the record packages in the mailbox space, which has lead to some bended-up covers, but thankfully no damage to the records yet. Recently also had my RTJ2 record I ordered from Amazon in limbo because it was supposed to be signed, but the guy never showed up at my door or left a notice, so I decided to simply just wait for the guy the next day to deliver the mail. He didn't even bother with explaining why he never showed up and just handed me my package. Really looking forward to the future shenanigans with this carrier.

Call your local "carrier annex" and ask to speak with the delivery manager. Explain your concerns.

Does it have a cat#? Otherwise it is not eligible on discogs.

If it does have a cat#, it would need to be a separate submission since it was sent at random with different SotD variants. Also the cat# would be different than the SotD release, making it a separate submission.

Sure wish I could order one of these. Rough Trade site keeps coming up with the "Verified by Visa" at checkout and even when I put in all the correct info it fails. Verified all details with bank, but still does not work. Bummer.

Cheap cables are fine as long as they are thick and well shielded. As far as 20m cable, ajxd is right. If you need the truntable that far away from the receiver then use the 20m cable between the receiver preamp. Then use a 1m cable between the preamp and turntable.
