I think a Mars Volta box set could be done by now based on the demand for older albums plus amount of material the put out before disbanding. Other than that I guess a Goo Goo Dolls box set would be neat even if some of their later work was really dull.

So I picked up the Damage 7". The first time I heard it, something sounded familiar to me.  After the 3rd time, I linked it to Go Big Casino's "Ready." Jim's been known to sort of recreate his solo songs into JEW songs, so does anyone else think that parts of Ready was implemented into Damage?

He talked about using pieces of some of that material in a podcast, so you are probably correct.
