Just got the following response from Myplay: "We're really sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive an update regarding this issue. We are currently investigating this and rest assured that you will be contacted once we receive an update. In the meantime you may try to download the The Pick of Destiny (Clean) album on the link below. Unfortunately, this does not include the bonus track "it's late". We've already notified our marketing team about it. Again, we're really sorry for the inconvenience."

I'm having this exact same issue. I've sent support another email today after no updates on my first case. (Had the same problems with the self-titled. I never got it to work in fact, ended up getting it from someone else on this forum who finally got it).

Their most recent reply: "I am really sorry this is taking so long. I am still waiting to hear back as to the "Pat Riley" bonus track. I will follow up again today, and let you know as soon as I have answer. Again, I am very sorry and I really appreciate your patience."

Exact same thing with the correct download coad/no bonus track for me, been going through everything above since the day after I got the album in march!
