I'm one of the biggest coheed fans but like to think I'm a little self aware since I go to shows all the time for other bands as well...

Coheed fans are terrible for sure. I saw a girl crowd surfing during Basement (who were awesome by the way) and a coheed fan PULLED HER HAIR FOR NO FUCKING REASON as the security guard was pulling her over the rail. Keep in mind he is there to watch a band that doesn't play for another 5 HOURS. I hate that it's that way, but seriously, if you're a coheed fan reading this, stop being douchebags at shows. It isn't that hard.

I would've confronted the guy, but I honestly didn't want to risk getting kicked out of the festival for fighting him... Maybe that was selfish of me, but that was where I was at.

Anyway, the whole wrecking ball fest was awesome, and coheed was the icing on the cake.

That's a good point. I've only lightly read into this whole scandal BS. I think this Jason Tate dude is kind of a douche for perpetuating all this drama beyond any actual resolve. This dude from Set It Off (never heard them, don't care to) is a creepy weirdo but got the boot from his band and his name is now tarnished, think you made your point. Aggressive Internet Shaming is pretty lazy and immature. Is Absolute Punk raising funds to support a woman's charity? Is Jason Tate doing anything to help actual victims of sexual abuse outside or talking shit on the Internet and is that it? If there's no blood on FYS's hands they shouldn't be held accountable for someone else's actions. That's like finding out your neighbor is a serial killer and everyone hating on you because you lent him a shovel one time.

i frequent both websites, and while I agree, a boycott of all of PNR seems extreme, FYS employing JJR when he was fired from TWY for trying to hide a sexual abuse case doesn't leave FYS's hands clean. Apparently FYS and TSSF had this guy hanging out backstage with them last night. There's a difference between not speaking out and openly celebrating a sex offender and the guy that tried to sweep it under the rug.

Also, I'm sure Buddy and the rest of Senses Fail are disgusted about all of this, but might not be at a place legally to be able to say much. I wouldn't hesitate buying their new album (if I was into them) but I'm definitely going to think twice before I buy anything from FYS or TSSF again.

I am in a weird situation with what I sold him. He actually traded with me + put some records in on top of it. He gave me joyce manors newest, hostage calms newest, transits newest + 7 inch, coheeds a favor house Atlantic 7 inch, and 130 for a original copy of coheeds IKS on orange and white. The tracking number was 9114999944313915816688.

All he is doing is buying shit with paypal and using a CC as a funding source. Then later going back with CC and filing a chargeback. In my case he said it was an unauthorized charge. I'm hoping that paypal will just decide in my favor as I have tracking and details of the discogs showing the items were delivered at his house....

this is the boat I'm in as well. I attached screenshots of our conversation on here along with the usps tracking number that shows it was delivered. Called PayPal and they said that should be more than enough to win the case. Plus, I have family in Virginia that work in DC that would not be above showing up at his house demanding an explanation.
