Who cares as long as your records get to you? I've waited 3 months for a record before. And I've actually been waiting 11 months for one as of now, sure at that point it's completely ridiculous, especially without word from the label, but waiting 2 weeks is not by any means a long amount of time. 

Except its okay to be entitled since he purchased it.

You can sugarcoat it all you want calling them a small label and what not, but a business is a business and they've got obligations regardless of their circumstances.

Guess I'm shelling out cash to the scalpers and going to the show in Houston to get tour copies of this and Hyperview. Now to find a gig buddy.

I've heard that 180g doesn't warp as easily, though I'm not sure how true that sound quality part is.

My MBV came in as well. Cardboard mailer and all; record was in some UO tote bag and also came with a plastic sleeve. I guess it was some UO store's beat up stock cuz it partially had the shrink on with the jacket being pretty worn. Vinyl itself is mint. RIP

picked up the men, MBV, yeah yeah yeahs, sabbath, kimbra, and a few shirts to protect the records.

 

just a heads up - UO usually ships records very poorly.  My last shipment of 2 records came shipped separately, placed into a thin UO baggie with a label slapped on it and thats it.  No cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.

 

Im sure others have experience their horrendous shipping

Ordered the black retail pressing from my local shop today.

My HT store received 0 copies of either album.

The employees didn't even know it existed...that's kind of frustrating.

Really hoping the repress becomes a reality.

If your HT was on the list then they probably did get it. The dude at my hot topic had no idea either, but I got them.

I really want the new TFoT albums on vinyl, so I guess I'll be an idiot.
