  1. Mix 6, make your own six pack at the beer store. I meant pizza and wings, although pizza wings sound awesome!

Well then I have a mix six of leftovers in my fridge. I was very into the idea of pizza wings... Make it happen?

We had polish sausages, chorizo cornbread stuffing, and roasted cauliflower and carrots.

The chorizo cornbread stuffing is just chorizo, carrots, celery, Serrano peppers (if you please), some broth (I use vegetable), cornbread, and cheese and cilantro to finish. Cook the chorizo and set it aside, cook the veggies down in the same pan (I brown a little and then cook down in the broth), mix the meat and veggies with the crumbled cornbread, and add broth until it is moist. Put it in a pan and cook it at 400F for 15-20 minutes. Add some cheese and put it back in to brown. Cut and serve. I like to add some finely chopped cilantro when it's served.

Edit: I would also include some chopped onion, but my girlfriend doesn't like them so I leave them out usually.

  2. I only checked one store and was told that they didn't order any and that a few people had already asked about it.

The packaging from Dynamite was awesome. The book was in plastic with cardboard backing, placed into a sturdy envelope, and then placed into a slightly bigger sturdy envelope. I don't order many comics, so I don't know the norm, but I found this to be exceptional packaging.

  3. The company was called Meathead Movers. They employ student athletes and have clearly set out policies and standards, so I felt good about supporting them and I felt confident in their professionalism and care of our household items. Getting people to help me would've been an issue, too. It also would have taken me much longer to get it done. I highly recommend paying for the services if you have the means.

We either didn't get any mail today or they never came by. I was expecting a couple packages. Oh well.

  4. That Anderson Valley beer sounds really good. Going to look for that!

It sounded really good, but it turned out to be a strange mix of butter and bourbon and some spices. I didn't enjoy it, and I wouldn't recommend it, but everyone has different tastes so maybe give it a try.
