Definitely looks like someone in the ht warehouse was mad about this being repressed. More pictures I see of these the more I think a box cutting razor was used.

Finally received my copy today after being delayed due to this ridiculous weather. Anyone else have copies that appear to have dried dirty water on them? Its clearly just the wax, just found it neat. Both my lps have numerous spots of this. http://s20.postimg.org/je6gfn0st/IMG_2127.jpg
