  1. A point raised earlier really hit the nail on the head. If a record is going to be reissued, make sure its one that hasn't already been done so numerous times and can't easily be bought at a much lower price than what you'll be charging. Having said that there are lots of lazy folk around who'll just see the new coloured ltd edition and think I must have it, regardless of the fact that with a little research they could save themselves a lot of money by buying elsewhere. I'm all for reissues, just make it something that's not readily available everywhere. e.g. An official Tool 'Aenima' reissue would be amazing!
  2. Personally I'm thrilled to meatballs about the Karma to Burn LP RSD release. It's about time!
  3. I mentioned this on the other RSD board but it's more suitable here: I live in the UK and would love to get a copy of the Built To Spill album on green vinyl, which will only be available in the US Pacific Northwest. So, I propose that if some kind soul could get me a copy, I could get them an RSD item that's only available in the UK/EU. Btw, having known the owner of the local record shop for years and the fact that I'm not able to make it to the RSD on the day, he very very kindly puts aside all the records I ask for. The reason I mention this is is not to create trouble but to show that if US folk require something I may have a good chance of getting it for them, as long as you let me know well in advance. Any offers?!!
  4. 2 things. Firstly, prices for RSD releases might be high in the US but I have a feeling they're even higher in the UK. For example, the Bowie 7" 'Saturday Night Drive' picture disc for RSD 13 was £14.99 in the UK. How much was it in the US? Secondly, I'd love to get a green vinyl copy of the Built To Spill album. Is there any way I could get a kind US West Coast person to get me a copy and I in return could get them a UK only RSD 14 item? For example, the Bowie 7" picture disc 'Rock N Roll Suicide'.
