Customer service finally replied to my email and confirmed that "auto-checked" was going to change to shipped shortly. As soon as I got that email, my status changed to shipped. Not sure if it was because I had someone look into it or not, but there's hope for people who are still on the fence that have not received the shipped status yet!

I don't understand their process of who's order goes through and who's gets canceled. People who ordered at 3 am got theirs canceled and people who ordered much later in the day got shipping confirmation. HT doesn't science very well.

My order status still says "auto-checked." I emailed them a couple times but haven't gotten an answer yet. Maybe I'll call customer service today. I just want these damn records.

Pretty sure Hot Topic's general rule is they'll cancel your order if you try to buy more than 5 copies. I ordered two, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. I ordered as soon as they went online so it would be pretty shitty if they cancel it for that reason.

I placed two separate orders. One at 3 AM and the other a few minutes later. My second order says shipped and my first order says "auto-checked." Before that it said "fulfilling order." Does anyone know what auto-checked means??
