Hi guys. Still a resident of the cancer center. Unfortunately I'm back to sell another item. The cancer treatment hasn't been successful so far and none of the procedures have been able to slow things down. We got the news that further spreading has occurred and I'll be going in for another series of surgeries just to try and slow things down and give more treatments time to hopefully work. I'm listing these two here for today and maybe tomorrow. Then I may pull them and let my sister use eBay because I'll be in and out of ICU and recovery for several weeks during this coming stretch and not able to check and respond here. But these are both from my personal collection. But I haven't been home to listen to record in almost a year and the treatments and surgery bills continue to come. I'm having some chemo and radiation today but I'll have my phone with me most of the day. I'll post back here when I pull the listing or if they sell. Just trying to get back what I paid for these two. The are packed and ready to go. Thanks again for all the kind messages and friendly wishes I've been receiving from you guys. I'm heading back into the cancer center this weekend for at least another few months. More treatment (chemo/radiation) along with more bone marrow matching. So selling a few things to help with the travel expenses. Didn't want to deal with eBay on this one so I thought I would try it here before sad reminders.

2xLP GATEFOLD (BLACK VINYL) (VG+) plays nicely on my setup with minimal surface noise. Bought from a member here and played just a few times. Stored in a poly sleeve upright with my collection. No OBI on this one. Will ship outside of the jacket.

But one of the songs on the original album is a "different mix."

Both are very true. The "different mix" is a different guitar solo right? But the love is hell box is wonderful and the remaster and pressing are both flawless. If the price is keeping you from buying it I can understand. But if how an album sits on your self stops you then I don't know how important sounds or pressing matters. As far as III/IV, I grabbed a copy off evilbay a few months ago for a little less than $40 and it's the colored version. So they can be found. Also SRC had Jacksonville City Nights in stock on Wed and I grabbed a copy, although I see its out of stock now. All that's useless ramble by me to say keep your eyes peeled and his stuff pops up but in today's market they disappear quick. Especially the oop stuff.

My plain pressing (black) has always sounded excellent. I mean dead silent with excellent soundstage. I may have got lucky with my copy but never had any of the issues I've heard reported. I would have picked up this new press if I needed it. I'm as cautious of plain as the next guy but their SFABG had great heavy packaging and at least my copy sounds fantastic.

if anybody picked this up and doesn't want or need it anymore shoot me a message. not looking for a collectible just a play copy so sealed or not doesn't matter.

Keep watching discogs or add it to your want list. A few sealed copies showed up a few months ago and a friend and I both got a mint sealed copy from the same guy for $12. Yes $12.

Man I didn't think many Karate fans were around. One of my favorite bands ever. Took some time but I've got a pressing of everything except the live album (595) and Unsolved. I listen to the 7inch/splits all the time and although I go through phases with each album, Some Boots always seems to get more spins than the rest. Bed/Ocean is neck and neck in 2nd as far as rotations with the self titled debut which has my all time fav karate song, Every Sister. I emailed them last year and they have contacted me direct a few times letting me know reissues of the whole catalog are coming. And even talk of a rarities/live release was mentioned in one of the early responses from them, though not mentioned in today's press release/email.

I had this preordered through Amazon, and I got a notification today stating they wouldn't be able to send it out until the end of August.

It probably won't take that long. I actually got my shipping notification about an hour ago from Amazon.com so they may not have received all their stock yet and hopefully for everyone who preordered it arrives soon. Amazon upgraded my shipping on this also which is odd but I'm ok with it.

Never pressed so maybe this fits. I wonder if they are doing submissions/requests for consideration like MOV. Already preordered both of these as well. Sparkle and Fade was one of those "soundtracks to a summer" albums for me. So glad I got outbid at the last second a few weeks ago on a copy. Saved me $75!

Mine is at the Jersey City facility. USPS tracking says it'll be here in 7 days, but I usually get stuff that leaves Jersey City faster.

Cool!i wasn't aware the bundle was still available. Canceled with Amazon and got the 4AD Bundle for $81 and change shipped. Saved $30 off the Amazon order pricing also.

My RHP reissues have also shipped. Says they'll arrive in a week.

Where did you order from? 4AD/Matador direct? I've got Amazon orders in from when they first announced, like a lot of people, and just wondering if any Amazon.com, .ca, or any other Amazon has shipped these.

Sorry. I read that several times before posting and asking. And even now I don't see anywhere he mentions what shipped. I even looked back 8 or so pages to see if I could find out but couldn't find what exactly he was referring to. And this being a catch all thread for SKM/RHP I wanted to ask him. Maybe you saw something I didn't. But he replied saying it was "Rock/Roll Singer" which is what I wanted to know. Thanks for clearing that up for me.

I know this set is pricey but I'm ok with paying a good bit for this. Just wanted to touch here first in case someone has one sitting around and realizes/decides they would rather have the $$$ and wants to part with their copy.

My Amazon now says shipping tomorrow morning. This is all very weird. But the good news is my Music Direct copy was just delivered. So happy to have this and if I end up with an extra I'll post it here right away.

7,500 pressed I think so hopefully somebody has a copy for sale. Not going to be a collectable, it's going to be played, often. So doesn't have to be sealed or even mint.
