Has anyone done the VC special and loaded your cart with '5-10 Days/Out of Stock' items to reach the $60 minimum, checked out with that coupon, and then canceled the out of stock items afterward?

I had the Bosstone's Pin Points and Gin Joints included in my order just to reach the minimum amount to apply the coupon, received my in-stock order without problem. Then, after a few weeks, I received a cancellation email regarding the unavailability of the Bosstone's LP. They just bill you on items that were shipped to you.

Yup, currently at $0.78 (lowest it's been against the US dollar in six years). Definitely gonna curb my US purchases for a while. 

Same here... holding off purchasing US items maybe until the Canadian dollar rebound for a bit.

...on the side note, the owner of the US address that I am using does not like also the current US - Canadian dollar exchange rate... says its bad for their business since the number of packages sent to them is declining.

I limit myself to 3-4 in-stock records whenever I order from them so that they will ship it through USPS, which avoids brokerage/ taxes when it arrives to my door (Canada). So far, all of my order arrives in excellent condition.
