  1. Canceled orders are sad orders...

Your order has been canceled – either due to your request (which kinda bums us out), or because we currently have no inventory (in which case we’re super sorry.)

Anyone who still doesn't have "...Sweet Revenge", it's on sale for $14.99 and the above code brings it under $12 bucks.

So much for the great deal I thought I got...

  2. I see nothing in the info he copy/pasted that says anything about it being a colored variant.

    LOL    Black vinyl?    Oh noes.

Limited is limited who cares what color it is, Get over it.

I think that was part of his point though.

He backed it for $40 when he thought it was going to be limited to 250 copies, and signed by the artists.

They kept his $40 bucks, and sent him a "sorry, we fucked up" letter, and a no-longer limited record with a split jacket.

I'm just saying that I can see why he's pissed.

  3. Chas, you have a lot to learn my friend...Weezer hasn't done a club tour since the Pinkerton Tour in 96/97 (which I saw in Ft. Lauderdale). Rare exceptions only...secret /warm-up shows in CA have been few and far between.

Panic is also Theatre/Small Ampitheatre draw at this point as well in most markets. We'd all like to see both bands in smaller venues...but it's a numbers game.

What does that have to do with learning?

You didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.

I'm 37 years old...I've been listening to Weezer since my sophomore year in high school.

I just expressed the opinion that I would not spend money to see them in an amphitheater.

I also don't plan to see FOB on their arena tour.  It's a personal preference.

  4. neither of those bands are going to be small venue bands again, it would just be stupid for them from a business standpoint. They can fill an amphitheater why would they shoot themselves in the foot to make less money and have more disappointed fans who couldn't get tickets just so a few people can have a more intimate experience

I didn't say they shouldn't do it...I said no thanks, meaning I have no interest in going.

    Of course it makes sense.

However, bands do very often play smaller venues during breaks in tours like this.

  5. the only vinyl my HT has is frozen besides that they do not carry vinyl my city has a pop of over 200,000 i don't understand why they are unwilling to try to sell vinyl in a market with that sz pop & only 1 HT location.why not give it a shot it's not like the vinyl won't sell if not they can just transfer it to a location that sells vinyl well.

They didn't sell records at the Arlington, TX location either, and there is a HUGE population there.

Some places, the company has decided, do not sell.
