  2. ahhh. ok, that makes sense. after checking my copy i definitely see both gold and yellow in there. thanks for posting the info.

yeah, opaque gold vinyl is typically a very greenish yellow color, totally different from transparent gold. i believe this pressing is part of pirate press's "haze" options.

  3. vinyl collective is my new fave. when they're back up and running i'm gonna give 29 north a spin, b/c they have a HUGE selection. i haven't used them in a long time, but very distro is usually pretty good. i'll also buy direct from labels and/or bands.

deathwish is pretty awesome. i have about 10 million converge stickers because of them.

  4. and you wouldn't happen to know how many of these are made?

Also, Impact + Brennan, I have searched a lot for info on these records. Maybe not at the right place, but I haven't found anything for the missing info :P That's not lazy ;) lol

nope, for some reason i've never catalog'd my 7"'s, so i don't know anything about their pressing info.

  5. CD "collecting" is the biggest joke ever. First off, a CD is only worth about $1.00 when it's made. The paper inside is worth more than the cd itself. With reproduction being as easy as it is these days, it's even more of a joke.

    tell that to buckethead fans.

copies of his ntt records pressing of giant robot routinely go for 400+

not saying i disagree with you, but there is an element of completism that people can get into, as there definately are rare cd's out there. and it's often easier to own every release by a certain band on cd than it is record.
