yeah i have it in a pretty good spot where its cool, and nothing is around it. I also have it in the the walnut wood cover so i think that might also contribute to the heat.

My receiver gets pretty hot after short time i use it, and was wondering if that was normal. I was also wondering if anyone recommends i buy a fan for it, and if so which fan should i get?
