Just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I'll likely head back into town next week to the record store just to see where they even ordered this thing from. It sounds fine, but I would rather get a legit re-issue if possible. The clerk there also said he had just ordered (What's the Story) Morning Glory? on vinyl too and that it would be in soon. Now I'm seriously wondering if that'll end up being a re-issue or a bootleg, and who this store is dealing with exactly. Anyhow, thanks again!

so you lack common sense and don't know how to spell and/or speak? move to france and much on some freedom fries. Fine. Both "LPs" or "Discs" are yellow. And the label of these LPs or Discs have correct spelling.

Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace I think it was around 25 or 30. Can't be sure though.

I'm spinning side one now just to see. It sounds fine to me so far. I paid $30 for a bootleg though. Dunno. Just doesn't seem right to me. I'd rather return it and buy the Foo Fighters album I was about to pick up.

Actually bought mine for $30 Canadian. which would be $25 US or so. I think I'm going to take it back to the store and ask them about it. Good thing I didn't throw out my bill. :-/ Anymore info is still appreciated! =)

Hi, Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I just bought a Definitely Maybe 2xLP from my local record store here in Montreal. Both vinyl are on clear yellow. From my research on the net, it seems as though people are saying this is a bootleg copy. I don't know what to think because some people say a spelling error on the outside spine gives it away, but mine doesn't have any error there. The spine says LP 169 and Oasis and the album title. The Sticker in the middle of the LPs say Creation Records, CRE LP 169. All those codes seem to check out. Anyone with any info, please help out! I want to know if I should head back to the store and ask them what's with this LP... Thanks!
