Yeah, I've been impressed with every single track released so far. While Pneuma is amazing, there are a good amount of interludes and ambient tracks that artificially inflate that album. I think the S/T will more than likely be my fave MovMou record once it drops

How would you rate it against the rest of their catalogue? I really like Pneuma and Foreword. I initially liked Waves but it really didn't hold up after I had some time with it. I think the problem with that record is that they simplified their sound too much and really lost the complexity that made them awesome to listen to. Plus the post-hardcore sound really isn't suited to their strengths. Hoping this takes the place of Pneuma for my favorite album from them.

I was actually really hoping that was the case. I like the understated vocals on Pneuma but Greg's voice is so good when he's not screaming or yelling (which he doesn't seem to do much if at all on this album). So I think having the vocals more prominent for this kind of style would work well

My guess is that merch sent with non-media (like shirts, slipmats, etc) doesn't qualify for media mail and Hello Merch fucked up about adjusting the prices for non-bundled media. Try emailing Hello Merch to get them to give you media mail as an option

Will buy Vheissu repress for sure. Please make it on 180g vinyl! It's really hard to find a first press that isn't warped to shit. Plus the mastering on it was balls.

Yeah I bought it originally for $65 and I like the band enough to keep it if it goes for less. If it doesn't sell though, feel free to make me an offer. Edit: Just lowered it to $40. I already packed it into the LP mailer and I'd rather just sell it at this point
