Just wanted to get a general consensus on something I'm working on in the future. Would you guys buy a Split 12" with each side featuring an EP from two different up and coming bands? For example, Side A would have Band X's debut EP and Side B would have Band Y's debut EP. Both EPs would be out digitally already, but it would be the first time either were on vinyl.
Personally, I think it would be pretty sweet and would give both new bands an opportunity to have their music pressed on vinyl and the fans would get something they liked and something new to check out, much like a traditional split.
It's a little different than a traditional Split release so I'd like to hear your thoughts! Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

still waiting on my interpunk copy
Getting in touch with them now about this. Sorry about that!
Trying to order this but the website won't load! It might be an issue on my end (chrome keeps saying to reload) but I'll keep trying
Just checked and it's working fine on my end buddy, maybe try another browser? Here's a direct link to the store, hopefully that helps:

Lavender going up separate?
The lavender is exclusive to the band. They will have them on tour and on their webstore when they come in. We do have 10 copies of the lavender, but they are included in the Ultimate bundle, which comes with absolutely everything. There's also $5 in saving if you pick that one up.
And it doesn't look like the vinyl is up on Interpunk yet, it should be on their front page when it goes live though, so keep checking back!

and ordered.
Thanks for the order!
Hurry and snag up those packages guys, most of them are limited to 10 or less and they're going quick! Only 50 of those Avail knock off T's in total!

Pre-orders for This is Your Life's debut full-length LP Before We Fade Away are now available on vinyl through Reveille Records. The 12" LP will be limited to 500 copies and available on 3 different color variations: 100 on Lavender (Band Exclusive), 100 on Mixed Colored Marble (Label Exclusive), and 300 on Classic Black via distributors. Pre-order packages including a special edition “Avail - Over The James” knock-off T-shirt, pins, and koozies will also be available on the Reveille Records web-store.
To celebrate the occasion Reveille Records is offering a free download of the entire full-length for the next 2 weeks. We invite everyone to download the album here.
This is Your Life plays a fast and fierce melodic hardcore in vein of Comeback Kid, Modern Life is War, No Trigger, and Strike Anywhere. In 2011 they released two EPs and in 2012 they released their debut full-length Before We Fade Away via Reveille Records. The band has played over 100 shows alongside: The Bouncing Souls, Caleb Lionheart, A Wilhelm Scream among many others. They've also played Stay Sweet Fest two years running, have a 9 day northeast tour coming up in January, and were invited to play at next year's Pouzza Fest in Canada. The band is incredibly active and are already working on follow up material.
The album received a 5 star rating from Punknews.org and also ranked #10 for their most popular album in September. It has also garnered great scores from DyingScene.com (4/5 stars) and AbsolutePunk.net (86%). Most recently they were featured in January's issue of RockSound Magazine as one of the staff's new favorite records.
*Vinyl will begin shipping on January 14, 2013.

Trying to rally up some money so I can create a new website, so I'm selling off some of my records. Make offers please and we'll see what we can work out. Shipping will be ~$3 so make sure you add that to the offer too. I'm a good trader and run Reveille Records so I can be trusted to ship fast! Ask around if you want. I'll throw in some fun free stuff with every order too (koozies, stickers, posters, etc.)

I'm talking more in general terms, would this idea be something you'd think would be a good idea, genre preference aside. But no, neither are "teeny boppers bands".
