  1. LifeLine has a number of releaes planned for this year, a couple of them being with Justin/Underground Communique Records. This week I will be adding a USED section the webstore from records out of my personal collection that are in great shape to help raise some money for the label. My taste in punk/hc is pretty diverse so you might be surprised at some of things you see pop up in there. After the USED section has been worked on a RARE/VAULT section will be added. Here I will put limited LifeLine releases I am willing to part ways with. Some never before seen mispresses will be popping up in here. If you'd like to get the updates please "like" our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/LifeLineRecs For anyone that has ordered from LifeLine before, Joey has taken over full control of mail order. This means it's being packed up every couple of days instead once every 2 weeks like it used to be. Also for orders in the U.S. you will be notified when your order ships via paypal with delivery confirmation. It's not being done the old fashion way anymore. Thank you for your support! I'm stoked to also releasing a record for Record Store Day this year, but that announce will come later! Joe www.lifelinerecords.net

Here is another one that was just posted yesterday: http://www.sugarbuzzmagazine.com/?p=3945 Also we have the limited pre-version of the Holy Fever 7" back in the webstore with a silk-screened cover, #'d labels with a small hole instead of the large whole and insert out of a 150 copies up now as well: http://www.lifelinerecords.net/catalog/
  3. www.lifelinerecords.net 01-05-12 Thank you to everyone that has purchased the Holy Fever 7”! The records are currently shipping at this very moment. If you ordered orange, you will receive the salmon colored vinyl out of a 150 copies. The band also sent us some of the pre-version copies sold over the summer as well! Only a 150 copies of the pre-version where made with a silk-screened cover, black vinyl, plain labels with a small hole instead of the large 45 rpm hole. They are now exclusively being sold in our Web Store. http://www.lifelinerecords.net/catalog/index.php?cPath=21&osCsid=2c1acba6ad565108176380d916fbcd65 Two new interviews with members of Holy Fever are online as well, one with Neeraj Kane (guitarist) at AMP Magazine http://www.ampmagazine.com/21934/get-to-....ightmare-e tc/ and another interview with Dave Weinberg (vocals) at Some Will Never Know. http://www.swnk.org/interviews/holy-fever/?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=holy-fever Thank you for the support and you should be recieving pre-orders soon, if you haven't already! www.lifelinerecords.net

  5. Thank you to everyone that has ordered so far! There still some Orange copies left.
  6. www.LifeLineRecords.net Holy Fever “self-titled” 7” pre-orders are going on now! 150 copies on Orange vinyl and 350 copies on Blue, Black and White swirl vinyl and each 7” will include a digital download code. If you still have not heard Holy Fever you can check them out at: http://www.facebook.com/#!/HolyFever Pre-order the 7" at: http://www.lifelinerecords.net/catalog/ Here is a review from 1st Five: "Imagine if you will, a world where Ian MacKaye had started The (International) Noise Conspiracy instead of Dennis Lyxzén. Same style of boisterous, in your-face, politically charged garage punk. Maybe, just maybe, would you get an idea then what Holy Fever are all about. It’d be easy to list out all the hardcore bands the members are and have been in and then go into some diatribe about they were all influenced and go on and on, but if you step away from all the music critic dissection and analyzation, you will find a hard-rocking outfit with an underlying pop sensibility. Holy Fever give you a gritty garage-rock version of punk that is an easy throwback to the 1960’s, while still pushing a current agenda. Dave Weinberg’s vocals are gravel-infused and a stark contrast to the melodies and vocal harmonies from Samantha Barbera. This is completely evident on the first track, “Rat’s Feet Over Broken Glass”. All the while held down by a punched-up rhythm and unrelenting guitars at the front. On “The Lincoln Brigade” the urgency and desperation of the music is amped especially with the chorus of “Black and white and red all over”. Throw in melodic gang vocals with a few hand claps adding to the driving beat, and you have an anthem right there. The EP closes way too soon with “All That’s Best of Dark and Bright”, a song that is 100% punk rock, solidifying Holy Fever’s style. This band is angry; They aren’t happy with the current state of affairs and want to you know it. Garage Punk never sounded so good. And it’s catchy as all hell." http://www.the1stfive.com/reviews/review-holy-fever-holy-fever-ep Thank you for the support! www.LifeLineRecords.net
  7. HOLY FEVER interview with AMP Magazine! http://www.ampmagazine.com/21934/get-to-....nightmare-e tc/

  9. Get this demo, it fucking rules! I mean, I may be a little biased..... Even if these dudes weren't my friends I would still be stoked!
  10. That's an understatement! Haha, we have been working on this for a long time now!
  11. www.LifeLineRecords.net Holy Fever: Longtime friends and members of some of the most beloved hardcore punk bands of the 2000’s, rock and roll up-and-comers HOLY FEVER are no strangers to the music world. The band features a bi-coastal lineup, including Suicide File frontman Dave Weinberg (lead vocals), Malbec's Samantha Barbera (bass and vocals), Give Up The Ghost's [Vital Nerve] Brian Masek (guitar), Neeraj Kane (guitar) of Hope Conspiracy and Suicide File, and The Explosion's Andrew Black (drums). HOLY FEVER are excited to announce their new EP, available from LifeLine Records on January 3rd, and first shows as a band this coming weekend. HOLY FEVER's self-titled EP features three songs that hark back to the 60's rock and roll movement, alongside sweeping harmonies and duetting female vocals that juxtapose the frontman’s gritty voice and politically infused lyrics. "Rat's Feet Over Broken Glass", the first track on the EP, gives you all the vitality you love about punk with an unapologetic pop sensibility. Check out the track streaming now at www.Facebook.com/HolyFever "The Lincoln Brigade" and "All That's Best of Dark and Bright" are also on the Holy Fever EP, and cement the band's delivery of a sound that is blasting Ceremony and unmistakably punk, while remaining catchy. The Holy Fever EP will officially be available on January 3rd, but the pre-orders will launch on December 5th. The first pressing will be 500 7"s, with 150 on solid orange vinyl and the remaining 350 on blue, black and white swirl vinyl. Each 7" will include a digital download as well. More information on Holy Fever will surface soon, but in the meantime check them out online at www.Facebook.com/HolyFever and on tour this weekend in California. Holy Fever Tour: 12/3 - Berkeley, CA @ Gilman w/ Skin Like Iron, Sabertooth Zombie 12/4 - Long Beach, CA @ Que Serah w/ NASA Space Universe, Crushed On You, Scream Queen Thank you for continuing support! 12. let me get you more salt to rub in that wound....thanks buddy. You didn't go it? Actually if I recall right, I hardly knew anyone that went to that show personally. The show was well attended and a crust punk mouthed off to a cop and called her a bitch. Her partner went up to him and said "are you disrespecting my partner?" The other cop then bounced his head off the hood of the car, handcuffed him and then proceeded to kick him in the side to get him the car. Chicago....
  13. Ouch! No Reply and Life's Halt were both great bands. That was a sweet show at the A-zone in Chicago. Summer of 2000.
  14. Take out Life's Halt, put in No Reply. You can also add in Death By Stereo (Jarrod drummed for them as well) Also they just added Brian Masek on guitar, but did not play on this recording, who was the guitarist of American Nightmare/Give Up the Ghost.
  15. We have some Holy Fever 7"s left over this past weekend. The 7" was being sold with Suicide File this past weekend at Che Cafe and Sound & Fury. I cannot even begin to say how stoked I am to be doing this release. This is a temporary silk screened cover, plain white labels out of a 150. The record does include an insert with lyrics along with a contest to win a test press. To order please visit: http://www.lifelinerecords.net/catalog/index.php?cPath= 21

  17. Thank you Justin for silkscreening the Holy Fever 7" covers!!! Yu- we are not doing anything for the "Moving On" 7", I'm not sure that they will do anything for "Our Choices" on React but I can't speak on their behalf.

  19. Doug, I sent you a refund like you requested. Check your paypal to see if you received it.
  20. Doug sent an email asking for a refund. You got his money back, which means I have an extra set of clear copies to sell.
  21. Doug- You have been sent a refund. As stated in the paypal message I sent you I apologize for all the frustration you have been having due to not receiving your records. I have at times, but slow as fuck, I won't deny that but I have NEVER ripped anyone off, ever! The "Witness" repress was the biggest clusterfuck I have ever had to deal with from a pressing plant. Thank you everyone for their support as well, I very much appreciate it! I'm sure you won't ever order from me again Doug, there is nothing I can do change that nor am I trying to change your mind. To anyone else that is waiting for their pre-orders, I sent out over 150 last week, I have the remaining 40-50 orders packed up and are shipping tomorrow. My job lately has made it very difficult to get the post office with my commute. In any case I will be replying to emails tomorrow and getting the rest shipped out. I'm sorry if this has caused any stress on anyone, I press records for my friends and the bands they are in that I love. It's not my intention to make it difficult for anyone to own one of those records. I said before I appreciate everyone that said positive things about LifeLine, there is no reason to jump down Doug's throat.
  22. Thank you suchashorttime and Justin, Justin texted me this morning about this thread. The records have been getting stuffed, it took FOREVER to get the "Witness" vinyl! The pressing plant lost the labels to the records, the old plates were worn out and had to order new ones (not that big of a deal, but the plant didn't realized that till they put them on the press), AND then when the plant had the plates in and the lables they ran out of the color vinyl that was needed to make the record! I've never had a record, mind you it's a repress!, take so long before!!! Thanks again for everyone that ordered I'm going to do my best to have these all out this week. Joe
