we are finally proud and able to announce that we`ll be putting out a 4 song 10" by Your Favorite Trainwreck in december.

The record will feature the title track “The Brilliance” along with two awesome acoustic tracks and a remix of the title track! If you have no idea who this guys are it`s really time to catch up since this band features none other than Jeff Caudill (Gameface) and Popeye (Farside) on guitar and vocals. This is our 2nd release and it’s amazing. Banquets bring some fresh air into the punkrock landscape. They are a group of real friends, that just want to have a good time. That doesn’t mean they do simple partymusic. The opposite. The boys from New Jersey combine impressing songwriting with very personal lyrics to create heartfelt, melodic, punk rock anthems. That’s what you can expect of (ex-)members of Let Me Run, The Stand In, The Banner, Suburban Scum, and Static Radio NJ. Banquets are sure to leave fans of The Gaslight Anthem, The Loved Ones, Hot Rod Circuit, and The Get Up Kids dying for more.

Last year, Banquets released “This Is Our Concern, Dude.“ A 7“ featuring four new songs with a title paying homage to “The Big Lebowski“ on Black Numbers. Now Coffeebreath and Heartache is following with “Nothing Is Fucked Here“, the first European release from the band. People who already know the band will notice “Nothing is Fucked Here“ contains the 4 songs off the debut 7“ plus two exclusive tracks that haven’t been released anywhere else. The six songs come on a one-sided 12“-LP with a handscreend b-side. 1st pressing was limited to 200 copies (100 on mintgreen 180gr wax, 100 on clear wax). 2nd pressing is strictly limited to 100 copies on yellow vinyl

After their free and much acclaimed debut self release, the “Shallow Waters” EP, midlands 4 pieces SHARKS finally released their full on debut EP “Show Of Hands” through coffeebreath and heartache records on october 18th 2010 [1st pressing, 2nd pressing releases on february 1st 2011]. Born and raised in Royal Leamington Spa, Midlands UK, SHARKS are a British punk and rock`n`roll group with absolute heart, that embellish their hardcore D.I.Y ethics with raw power of the soul.

Their musical influences may range from the Buzzcocks, The Clash, Nick Cave, Joy Division, Husker Du, Black Flag and many more, BUT they have set out to sound like themselves and themselves only, with an appreciation of the things that influence them daily in their lives, wether it be musical or not. No cheap imitations, just honest emotion. SHARKS are merely a band that speak their mind, keeping to their roots and emotions as honest as they can, never trying to compromise the reality of who they are for the short way round.

Just curious, why does the screenprint only come with the white vinyl?

the sharks record comes with screenprint on the black and on the white vinyl!!! the picture just shows the artwork. the first 35 on white come with 2(!!!) color screenprint!

a bit expensive

thanks for ordering. we're sorry, but it's not possible to make it cheaper. you have to see that we do very small runs and every record gets handscreened (--> high costs per unit). also we haven't influence on shipping costs and exchange rates. we are putting much work into our records and we think they're worth this trouble and the price that results. if we, as collectors, order records from the other places around the world we have sometimes the same "problem"...

however: pre-order started very well. thank you all!
