ha, i was expecting something like this, and no friend, it's not 15 bucks. i was going 85, and the cop knocked it down five miles to 80, which really did jack squat, as it was still a wreckless driving ticket, which in Virginia is $350. Do I want to sell this? no. Do I want to sell the Mountain Goats and Chuck Ragan stuff I'm gonna have to put up? No. Them's the breaks.

and to the stupid asshole comment, yeah you've got a point. it was a road i knew very well and was trying to get home for a late-night-friend-is-leaving-town-soon-cookout, but generally when somebody flies by me i think "wow, what a douche." but who knows, maybe they have an equally important cookout to get to.

They totally fucked up on this. I ordered the deluxe version right when the pre-order went up. Then I got an email saying my order was canceled for no apparent reason. No charge ever appeared on my credit card and when I emailed them (twice, no less) to ask what was up they never responded. So surprise, surprise when I check the mail today and there's an LP mailer from dangerbird. I was all "wtf?" and double checked my credit card statement. No charge ever went through and they still sent me the record. HAH! This never would have happened if Vinyl Collective would have pressed/sold this

I wonder if they'll eventually figure it out and charge my credit card like they were supposed to in the first place...

So I ordered this early march and after the whole order cancellation fiasco I didn't bother reordering, figured I would just pick it up later. Get home from work and what do I find in the mail? A mailer from dangerbird records... They didn't charge my account and their website has my order listed as "Cancelled". Hopefully I scored it for free haha, doubtful but fingers crossed.

I think they made it pretty clear the order was cancelled.

Had I known this I would've opted for the media mail and used the %10 discount.

I have no problem re-paying them if this is by mistake but no way are they getting $40.00 from me.
