Thank you for addressing the issue, however, I noticed a couple weird things about the myspace letter, and I'm trying to help here.

128 kbps mp3s are NOT MUCH better than 96, at least 192 and if possible 256 or higher. That's just standard. 128 is almost as much of a joke.

Also, I AM SHOCKED that you've been shipping records that way the entire time and have not had complaints until this release. That's just incredible.

3/10/09 Edit: All orders have shipped! We took the time to repack the remaining orders we had with a little more cushion to avoid any more trouble. We hope the delay is worth it. With that said, we have a few left on gold that were left overs. These will go VERY fast I assume. So order away!

NTR005 Last Light/Bad Habit Split 7"

I have been excited to release this 7" since I first discussed it with Last Lights and Bad Habit months ago. The overall dedication and desire they had for their music was something I was happy to see and made working with them a fun experience. With the sudden passing of Dominic Mallary, I had to make a decision to continue on with the release or not. After talking to Last Lights, it was an easy decision, going on with the release is what Dominic would want.

In my un-bias opinion I feel both sides of this 7" feature some of the best written lyrics Ive heard in a long time. Dominic was a true poet, and with the music of

Last Lights behind him, it was a powerful combination.

Im starting this pre order about a month early because proceeds from this release are going to Dom's family. Im expecting this to ship Mid-January.
