Yes!!! Next week is gonna be like Christmas. I've got 8 records that shipped the same day from SRC, 2 of which are this release, plus my Blink's that I probably won't get till Monday or so on account that the mail service here sucks. Either way it's gonna be a great vinyl week!!!!!

yup, thank God for Travis. I know I've gotten some wins in the past and if they had been clearly marked down that might not have happened. I'm really glad that they separated the clearance from the rest of the vinyl but damn, they haven't gotten in any new vinyl for about a month now

^^^^^exactly what I'm saying....the day they cleaned up the vinyl section is the day that most of the clearance disappeared. You wouldn't have seen the Twilight pic discs, unless you saw them on the bottom shelf, in the back of everything else (before they cleaned it up) They had about twice as much clearance stuff as they do now, but it never got put in the new section.

Shady things are afoot at my HT. All the clearance vinyl that I thought they took to the back to price is apparently gone, and they said they put it all out right away after they organized the non-clearance vinyl section last week. I call bullshit. I actually made a list of their clearance vinyl for another forum not too long ago, and judging from that and the fact that I probably know their vinyl section better than anybody else, the clearance stuff that came out of the normal section made a detour and apparently got lost :-/. Funny shit is that they had a shitload of Twilight picture discs also, I haven't seen even them since they were in the normal section. Weird.

Mine's held up because of the Fake Problems - Real Ghosts vinyl. Shit, I have 6 other records I ordered with this, oh well it's all in the name of cheaper shipping costs.

I know off the top of my head that the Bakersfield HT has a copy of the Propagandhi-Supporting Caste lp. If they still have it tomorrow, I will be more than happy to grab it up 4 ya.

Okay, so correct me if I'm wrong ( I know you will), but I currently have a red/orange swirl Kevin Devine Brother's Blood (/400), a black 180g Person L (/100), and also a green/yellow splatter Person L (/200) in my cart. Weren't these all sold out previously??? I'm just curious if it's just a glitch in the webstore, or if they are really still available. I do believe that if they weren't sold out, I would already own them. Thanks for any help!

Oh Hey, You must be one of the other 3 people that buy vinyl regularly @ the B-town HT. I don't like Going Underground. I won't go in there anymore because he always seems so annoyed to have a customer. I wish World Records would actually carry more vinyl. I would totally buy it from that guy, he's always been happy to see me. Have you been in the HT since they beautified the vinyl section???? It looks amazing.............

I felt the need to share........... My HT's vinyl section is about 4 feet long and 3 shelves high. It has been crammed to the max since I've been going there. They just keep getting new vinyl, and it has been on the verge of collapsing for awhile now. Sucky thing is that over half of the stuff in the regular priced vinyl section is clearance merch. They have a clearance bin.....ok, they have a clearance crate. 2 days ago, I grew some, and told the sales people that their vinyl section is atleast half clearance merch and someone should check into getting it sorted out. They said it is on their list of 'things to do'. Haha, I pretty much figured it was never happening. Well, guess what???? I went in there today, and the vinyl section was totally cleaned up (alphabetized even ), and ALL the clearance merch had been moved to the back to price it. Now there is plenty of room to get new vinyl in. Some really good titles still exist too. (sorry for the book, but that was the highlight of my HT going experience)
