  1. He continues to use them so I'd say he likes them.  I mean, he's got the money to fly with any airline and he chooses them.

I am slightly biased since I work for another airline. ;)

I will say be careful because they charge for carry-ons and checked bags. And if you wait to pay for your carry-on until you get to the gate, the price goes up.

They also will start charging for what you consider "complimentary drinks" in September. Snacks are a charge too.

Just avoid Spirit. Their fees are the worst.

I booked a round trip flight with them to Chicago (from Trenton) for this upcoming September for $128.. it was by far the cheapest flight around. It can be crummy and will still be worth it!

Thanks for all the imput guys/gals! I would much rather pay for a $150 roundtrip flight through Frontier (knowing now that it's decent) rather than a $450+ roundtrip flight through AA or Delta

  2. Yeah, SRC jacking up the price is not supporting the bands. I bet you the band makes maybe a dollar on each of these if that.

As a distributor, yeah sure.  But the fact that they mark up the prices as much as they do isn't fair to the fans.  The band is getting the same paycheck no matter what price hot topic decides to sell it as.

    Perfect example to these.....

  3. I hope they do the two ladder matches, MITB is hands down my favorite, and I was bummed when they switched to just having one a year. Im not holding my breath on the championship one as it will end up being Cena or Orton I feel.

Also, how have I not seen any complaining about Cena teaming with The Shield last night? I get common enemy, but Cena never should have stepped in for them.

When I was watching and they hadn't announced the third contestant, I told my brother I hope it wouldn't be Cena and, sure enough....... It could be cool to see him team with the Shield, but I just don't see it happening. I don't think I would care for it too much if it did

Crazy to think how much changed in the course of a year or so. Ziggler got buried, Look at Sandow now, Ryback used to headline PPV's haha

Sad, more than anything. Ryback was super over and now he's toiling in midcard hell.

I was thinking the exact same thing the other day. A lot has changed in a year

  4. I feel like they're going to put the title on a heel for when D-Bry comes back to win the title. I can see Kane, Orton, or Triple H being high choices for the title. Maybe Rollins since he joined Evolution? Or I could see Cena getting the belt and him being defeated again by Bryan. Of course, this is all just my opinion

  5. I've seen people surf in Galveston. Depends on where at, some spots see more activity than others. They have a few shops around there and they sell boards. So I guess somewhere you can. I see a lot of people boogie boarding.

Boogie boarding is a lot of fun hah

  6. You're probably the first non-surfing person ever to move to the DFW area and wonder "Hmm, I wonder what the surfing is like down there?"

Haha. I've always wanted to learn how to surf and I knew that the coast was 4 hours away, so I was curious to see if it was worth it. Only place to surf in my neck of the woods is Lake Erie, so, yeah. Hah.

I've never done it, but found this online. http://www.surfinghouston.com/  Not a big fan of the beaches in Texas either. I'd rather spend my time at the lake or river.

I will be really close to Lake Worth, and I've heard there is really good fishing down in the FW area, so I'm excited for that. Thanks for the info on the beach. I like the beach, but I feel I would get tired of it eventually

Chiming in on the suba stuff, there's actually a scuba shop in Akron in the most random of places. I don't know why you would ever want to suba dive around here, but different stroke for different folks

  7. Not to thread jack from Dave, but I will be moving to the Dallas-Fort Worth area sometime next month. Pretty crazy how everything has happened, but super excited for it. I will have to read up on suggestions in this thread

Has anyone tried to surf on the coast in Houston? I've always wanted to surf, but I didn't know if the coast would be ideal for it

  8. Ziggler has been jobbing to Del Rio (and almost everyone else on the roster) since he lost the World Heavyweight title.

It definitely sucks that he won't be in the MITB match though.

Yeah. It's a complete bummer because he's really talented and goes out there and gives it everything he has every match. Hopefully they will find a way for him to be in the MITB

Dolph definitely did something behind the scenes that displeased Stephanie and/or Triple H

Right around when he first started getting buried he did a radio interview or something basically bashing their decision to constantly let Orton have the spotlight even though he is a big fuck up. Probably didn't help his cause.

That sucks. If you're getting buried, might as well go down in a hail of gunfire I guess

  9. I'm so glad that the Dodgers aren't my home team because it would be really tough to like this guy. He has plenty of talent, but zero baseball smarts.

I agree. How long are we going to let the "he's a Cuban immigrant and has had nothing his whole life and he's only 23 so we'll let it slide" excuse fly?
