what email address did you use sorry dude? i used the one on the paypal receipt that i received. I haven't opened the vinyl yet as i want to hear back from them first, but it feels warped judging from the shape of the case

Hey i came across this thread in google, my Lydia Vinyl was also damaged too. I am in Melbourne, AUS and sent an email to [email protected] about 4 days ago. Still no response. Is there any other way to get into contact with them to get a replacement that is correctly packaged? Funnily enough i ordered the CD at the same time too, they both came in the same unpadded plastic shipping bag, with the vinyl completely unprotected yet the CD was coated in thick bubble wrap. so ridiculous!
