I got confirmation email for the order but I don't know if my credit card was charged correctly as I got lots of weird errors (but still an order email)... I'll guess I'll need to Email them and ask them if my order went through.

I called CS and it looks like my shipping address didn't go through correctly so they didn't ship it or held it or anything, didn't contact me either... freakin' HT... So, after refreshing for over 12 hours I need a copy too, if anyone can help me out, please let me know... Thank you

Did you get a "W" at the start of your HT order numeber? if you didn't it didn't go through.

Actually I ordered it in order to get it eventually, I wonder if any internationals got their order shipped yet... I imagine that since I'm #872 and ppl over #1000 got their shipment notice I'd be safe but... who knows...
