Anyone who wasn't lucky to grab a copy PM me - I managed to get an extra one in case my buddy wasn't able to grab one at work. Finally completed my thrice collection and I don't want to flip the extra copy on ebay!

I called CS and it looks like my shipping address didn't go through correctly so they didn't ship it or held it or anything, didn't contact me either... freakin' HT...
So, after refreshing for over 12 hours I need a copy too, if anyone can help me out, please let me know...

What the fuck man. I called Hot Topic because my order was stuck on "waiting fulfillment" and my card wasn't charged. They're saying my order didn't go through because they ran out. How in the fuck is that possible when I ordered as soon as someone said it was live. My order number is HUNDREDS before people who are getting shipping confirmation?
The customer service rep is basically saying they don't process orders in the way they are received. Well, what that the fuck is that about? I didn't fucking stay up all night refreshing that page to be beat by someone who made the last order.
She better not know what the fuck she's talking about.
Did you get a "W" at the start of your HT order numeber? if you didn't it didn't go through.

I got confirmation email for the order but I don't know if my credit card was charged correctly as I got lots of weird errors (but still an order email)... I'll guess I'll need to Email them and ask them if my order went through.
